In general, PLA is the workhorse of most 3D printing projects. It is inexpensive, dimensionally accurate, and strong. PLA’s major drawback is heat intolerance at relatively low temperatures and it can warp if left in the hot sun. PETG is a good alternative to increase temperature tolerances, and ABS and ASA are even better in higher temperature environments and have better UV resistance. Other more advanced materials have particular use cases or meet a specific need.

Make sure the file dimensions are not larger than 250mmx210mmx220mm.

If there is still a problem, you can attempt to repair the STL file with free services from Formware, Nano3DTech, or similar services. After repaired, re-attempt the estimator with the repaired file.
